The processing time refers to the duration between placing your order and handing it over to the shipping carrier.
Standard Processing
We typically dispatch orders within 24 business hours after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends may encounter slight delays in processing.
Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours. We are closed on holidays but do our best to minimize delays during these periods.
Orders to the UK generally take 2-7 business days (UTC/GMT +0) to arrive, including both processing and shipping time. We work with trusted carriers like FedEx, DHL, and UPS for efficient delivery.
We aim to dispatch your orders from our warehouse as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
There is NO FEE for changing your shipping address before we have provided you with a tracking number.
If you’ve already registered on wreckist.com, you can track your order details, shipping status, and handling information directly from your account. If you haven’t registered yet, you can still track your order by entering your Order ID and email address here.
If you need to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us right away. We won’t charge any additional handling fees and will issue a full refund. Once the order is shipped, our standard return policy applies.
